Compression department
with mechanical and automatic wrapping machines which can check, select
and correct the springs during the production.

» Torsion and tension department
with innovative torsion machines which permit the tested production
of complex springs thanks to a laser: it checks the component’s
position during all the bending phases.

» Bending department
in which the specifically equipped mechanical machines can carry out
particular workings such as shearing, chamfering, thread etc.
» Finishing department
with grinding machines that flatten /grind the final coils of the springs
and press machines which press springs in order to minimize the working
load.
