Wire Forms

catalogue material news chiusura menu

Much like springs, wire forms are generally fashioned from round wire or strip material, then bent into shapes engineered to meet a specific task.
Rather than employing a coiled body, wire forms rely on angles and lengths to provide resistance and support.
Hooks and bends often act as attachment points for the device.

Wire diameter range

From 0.4 mm to 3 mm. For low resistance material such as iron and copper alloys, our maximum diameter is 4 mm.

Finishing services

At the end of the manufacturing cycles, clients sometimes require different and very specific secondary operations. The most common are terminal coil grinding, flattening, and threading.

Surface finish

Our springs come in a variety of surface finishes from bluing to clear or yellow zinc electroplating, electrolytic nickel, powder coating and zinc phosphate coating always executed by specialized subcontractors.
